Education Support Professional Recognition

District support staff are among the unsung heroes of Jordan School District, working behind the scenes to ensure the success and well-being of our schools. To honor their contributions, we invite school principals and department heads to nominate one exceptional non-teaching, support staff employee each year.

Nominations are Closed for the 2024-2025 School Year

  • Eligibility Criteria

    • All Education Support Professional employees within the Jordan School District, including part-time staff, are eligible for nomination.
    • Employees who have previously won this award are not eligible for nomination.
    • Only one nomination per department or school will be accepted.
    • Prior to submission, ensure the nominee has received approval from their Department Head or Principal.

  • Nominations

    Nominations are open: April 1 through April 30

  • Selection and Recognition

    A designated committee from the Jordan Education Foundation Board of Directors will review the nominations and select up to ten individuals as Outstanding Education Support Professional Employees of the Year. These recipients will be celebrated with a commemorative award during the Jordan School District Board of Education meeting in May.
