When filing your state tax returns, please consider contributing a portion of your refund to Jordan Education Foundation. The process is easy and an easy way to support Jordan District students and teachers. 

 

Line 28 of Utah form TC-40 allows taxpayers to designate any amount as a contribution to the Foundation. Just fill in line 28 with Code 05 (Nonprofit School District Foundation), $ amount, and School District Code 14 (Jordan). 100% of your donation will enhance educational opportunities for students in Jordan District!
